These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intaqen Onboarding Pages Ltd regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products and services.

2. Services

Intaqen Onboarding Pages Ltd provides custom onboarding workspace setup services including, but not limited to: workspace structure configuration, welcome page preparation, client form setup, required material organization, progress step configuration, and FAQ block preparation.

All services are provided on a project basis. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each service engagement are confirmed in writing before work commences. We reserve the right to decline any service request that falls outside our defined scope.

3. Products

Our products are ready-made digital workspace structures delivered as template files or configured environments. Products are sold as described on the Onboarding Workspaces page. All product sales are final unless the product delivered does not match its description.

Products are priced between $200 and $700. Specific pricing is shown on the product listing page and confirmed prior to purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is required before work begins on any custom service. For products, payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

We accept payment through the methods specified at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the engagement and release any reserved capacity.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines for services are confirmed during the initial review process. We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays caused by incomplete information, missing materials, or client-side factors are not the responsibility of Intaqen Onboarding Pages Ltd.

Digital products are delivered electronically following confirmation of payment. Delivery method is specified at the time of purchase.

6. Scope Limitations

Our products and services are designed exclusively for general-purpose business onboarding structures. We do not work with businesses operating in regulated industries including, but not limited to: financial services, legal services, medical or healthcare services, cybersecurity services, or any business requiring a professional license to operate.

If your business operates in any of these areas, we will decline your request. If you are uncertain whether your business qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, design, structure, and visual elements is the intellectual property of Intaqen Onboarding Pages Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.

Upon full payment for a product or service, you receive a license to use the delivered workspace structure for your own business onboarding purposes. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the delivered materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intaqen Onboarding Pages Ltd provides workspace structures and setup services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, client retention rates, or onboarding completion rates resulting from the use of our products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
